Wade Felt, P.E. began his professional career in 1995 after graduation from Clarkson University with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. Wade has spent the last 14 years with one of the regions top engineering firms. Project design experience includes: Parks and Recreation, Roadway Improvements, Utility Improvements, Stormdrain Design, Storm Water Management Retrofits, Studies, Traffic Calming and Hiker/biker pathway projects. Mr. Felt has been preparing construction documents for more than a decade, as well as obtaining permits from Local, County, State and Federal agencies for various projects located in Maryland.

Wade founded WRF Engineering, LLC in 2005 with encouragement from family and friends. The original plan was to provide reasonably priced engineering services to private individuals who preferred not to pay the hefty fees of large engineering firms. The business plan focused on as-built approvals and small design projects. As the booming real estate market in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area began to expand in the early 2000's the primary focus changed to residential and commercial real estate transactions. There was a significant demand for engineering services in this arena and very few Engineers locally that provided this type of work. As with any small business scheduling is very important to WRF Engineering. In real estate, settlement dates set schedules and WRF Engineering is proud to state it has never missed a settlement deadline, ever.

To further diversify, WRF Engineering began providing engineering services to some of the nation's top insurance firms in late 2005. The services vary in size and scope and offer a regional presence with WRF Engineering fully licensed in five Mid-Atlantic States and the District of Columbia.
