The community association for the Faulkner Station neighborhood in Columbia, MD has requested engineering services for the removal and replacement of existing deteriorated retaining walls. The aging six foot high timber retaining walls will be replaced with split face block walls to match other areas within the community. The scope of services includes design, construction plans and permitting.

This property in Baltimore City houses four apartments. The property was for sale and following a home inspection WRF Engineering was contacted to perform an evaluation and recommendation for repairs of previous termite and water damage. There was significant deterioration of floor joists, beams and columns in the basement utility room which required repairs and/or replacement. Following the lengthy construction phase, the property was placed back on the market.
